Legoland Day 2

Woke up at 8am next morning to prepare to go breakie and then slowly pack and check out since the park will only opens at 10am, we have some time to slowly eat.

The lift at the hotel was very cool. It will transform into a disco once the door closes. Complete with techno music and disco changing lights. The parents were very entertained by it unlike the kids.

This is the only place where we were told to put on our masks before entering and since we didnt bring ours down, they gave us disposable ones on the spot. Staff were very polite when requesting.

The buffet were quite child friendly. Having colourful plates/cutlery helps to make children feel more excited in using them to get their own food.

There were plenty of bread/danish to choose from for the kids. Japanese porridge and side dishes and western choices like eggs, ham ,sausage for adults.

I think this is made specially for kids since it's placed on much lower counter top and Dinos took their time to choose what they want from here.

There's also a stand at the juice counter where kids can choose andge their own drinks.

There's also a small playground right outside the restaurant and Dinos spent some time here while I went up to finish up packing.
We left our luggage with the concierge while we go back to Legoland for another day of fun.

There's also a small Legoshop here that sells limited stuff and have limited opening time if you want do last minute shopping.

We were shocked to see the Saturday crowd as we stepped out of the hotel. Unlike the emptiness yesterday, it was crazily crowded. All the ticket counters were open unlike yesterday where only 1 or 2 is  in service. And we braced ourselves for the long queue time ahead.

Thankfully we covered half the park yesterday and had to concentrate on the other half today.

But the thing is this other half of the park is more interesting in my opinion. Haha.

We should have played from the most inner area out but I didnt do any homework at all.

We went straight for here after entering the park, this is considered located in the middle area and had 1 of the most interesting rides.

Because most of the people are still struck at the front part, the queue if relatively short as of now.

Dinos wanted to try the pirate ship and I had a phobia of it.

But thinking that it should be a kiddy ride since the rides here are catered more to younger children, I decided to go up with them.

Can still smile so happily during waiting.

Its later while on the ride that I know it turns 360 around!

As we were the 1st batch, I didn't get to watch how the ride moves and got on happily.

I think my face turned 2 shades whiter by the end of the ride and I shouted the loudest while on it.

My stomach was churning so badly that the breakfast was threatening to come out soon.

Had to get some candies from dinos to munch on.

Next we went on this ride where we got on a boat that will travel around a stream of water and on it are water guns that you can use to shoot at the various lego build ups around the waterway or at other boats or at the outside park goers.

Similarly there are water guns placed outside for other park goers to shoot at the passing boats.

Sun was shining so brightly that it was hot to be in outdoors. We ditched our outer wear here the whole time and was even sweating a bit even though the air was cooling.

Staff will do a simple wipe down everytime passengers disembarked but the seats will still be a bit wet from all the water shooting.

The best we could manage for a group shot.

Went into Ninjago area but none of the rides interest Dinos. Took photos and left for other areas.

They did play awhile at this interactive wall since there was no queue.

This ride will required you to peddal your way up. I was sitting with SD and similar to me, he got freaked out when we got too high and will request me to make the ride come down.

BD on the other hand can be heard requesting his dad to keep at the highest level througout the ride.

Dinos wanted to try roller coaster next and we mistakenly went to the kiddos' version - Dragon's Apprentice.

Mr Love and I was still wondering why the roller coaster here is so unexciting. The speed is slower, the slopes are milder and also it goes for 2 short rounds for each trip.

It's much later then we realised there's another more exciting one beside this ride.

The Dragon is the more exciting roller coaster but it is still within children's acceptance limit as Dinos both like the ride alot.

There's a gift shop outside the ride and Dinos spent sometime there checking and playing with the merchandise.

A kind Japanese man offered to help us take group photo when he saw us struggling to get a decent welfie.

We were hungry by the time we came out of the gift shop and went check out the restaurant here.

But there's nothing that caught Mr Love's eyes and also the price is on the high side here.

So we decided to move to the next area to check out what is available.

If all else failed, we will walked back to the entrance because I've seen a fried chicken joint there and initally planned to take lunch there today.

But the walk out and later back again is gonna cost us some time.

Each set meal here costs 20 over SGD and we weren't even interested in getting rice for lunch today.
