Goodbye 2010,welcome 2011

2011 marks the yr that I am turning 27..it sounds so old to me..hehehe looking back in 2010, alot of things had happen and here's a summary of things tat i find it more significant to put down in writing:

Switched to Accounts job in 2009 and in 2010, i joined the present co as AP staff..its the 1st time i am doin AP as previously i am doin AR..it is a new experience for me and i am grateful for the things i learnt during this yr..had great colleagues here but the environment is not bad..

2010 is the yr of many 1st with Mr Love...

Its the 1st time he gave me REAL flowers as a gift..believe or nt..throughout our dating yrs, he neber give flowers to me except for the 1st yr where he self made 1 bouquet for me..whahah the onli other time is during our ROM where we NEED flowers for the bride to hold..whahah

this yr during V-DAY which is aso 1st day of CNY, he secretly orders a small bouquet for me..i was beri touched as i tot since we got married he would be more relax in the celebrations but instead he changed for the better and start paying more attention to the special dates...:)

2010 is aso the yr when i received my 1st rock..whahah Mr Love is suppose to buy when he proposed to me..but there was no proposal at all..wahahah n on top of it, he couldnt afford to buy it when we got married else there will be no wedding bands le..whahah..so for my 26th bday, he finally saved enuff to buy 1 for me..it was nt a big 1 but still i was beri touched that he rememebered his promise to buy 1 for me when he have the $$..

Its also the 1st yr we went to a theme park together..The Universal Studios Singapore..ohhh maybe its not 1st theme park..whahah cuz we went to the theme parks in HK back in 2008..whahah...okie, but its the 1st time in SG...took a day off on a monday and went there..it was small but still we njoyed ourselves..its like a mini getaway without goin overseas...

After many yrs of "Tok onli,no action" we finally decide to go to Taipei for a short trip!!I had always wanted to go there but since Mr Love had been there twice, we keep putting the idea off, but this yr, i finally got down to do the research and went there for a 4days 3 nite stay..I like Taipei, in fact more than HK...the shoppin is great, the food are even greater!!whaha and on top of it, we spoke the same language, Mandarin and Hokkien (Tai-yu)...but the downside is, we met with the 1st typhoon tat hits taiwan while we were there and it scares the shit out of us...

We are struck in cafe there while shops are closed and our flight is delayed..Mr Love fell sick and we basically have a lousy last day there..nebertheless, i am sure i will go back there in near future...

2010 is aso the yr that i experienced the pain of lossing a love 1...Mr Love's granny died the week after we came bak frm Taipei while on her way to her celebrations..It was painful even to tok about it in the initial days but we had come to terms in dealin with her death..I am sure she will wan us to live on well instead of dwelling on her death and wat we could have done...

Moving on, Mr Love went on a field trip with my family in Nov in Sentosa...its the 1st time after so many yrs that my family last went on an outing, we had an tired but enjoyable day and it certainly strengthen the bond within us..Lookin forward to more of such outings in future :)

Its also in this yr, I started to learn knitting in the hope of knitting some ting for him..Squeezed out sometime to go pick up the skills and is still struggling to finish my 1st product..whahah and hopefully, he can feel my love when he puts it on:)

My New project...

I have also reached the age where my fwens are all starting to getting hitched..attended quite a few this yr but the most exciting 1 will be my bestie's weddin where i am 1 of the jie meis...whahah its the 1st time i tried being a jie mei for ppl's wedding...whahha i dunno i am still eligible or nt as i am a married woman..whahah but still heck care...had fun at her weddin n realli feel happie for her :)

I went to visit an Oil rig the 1st time...but it is non operation la..it is juz dockin in our waters b movin to the final destination but still, it is quite an eye opener nt to mentioned a scary experience for me..whahah but i survived and vow neber to go bak again..whahahha

Overall,it has been a pretty good yr for me and I hope 2011 will be even better..best wishes for every 1 in the upcoming yr..cheers!!!!
