Jogging

Went bak to jogging with hubs again after a long long break. Realli out of shape, in terms of body n mind.. Jog for 1 round onli (375m) I think I'm on the verge of collapsing oredi. Was realli out of breath that I walked for 1 round b4 jogging again.

The jog, stop, jog, stop went for till hubs finished his 2.4 km and then we proceed to the fitness corner for cool down.

While hubs is training on this pull up, I went and played on the equipments at the fitness corner. Quite fun and most importantly I can feel the strain of doing the excerises which hubs claim that my body is burning the fats out (or so I hoped).





Been realli slack the last yr due to foot injury and miscarriage, muz go bak to our routine joggin as I am seriously getting fatter and fatter. Dun wan to be not able to wear my beloved dresses.. hehehe
