In a blink of eyes, CNY is juz around the corner. January had past and the worst is over. I seriously did not know how I manage to got thru January. Bonus and increment came, not as good as expected but nevertheless thankful for the extra cash I got to spend for the upcoming new year.
The stress of work put a strain on me, so much so that I dun even want to face the PC when I got home and that explains the lack of post and any interesting things to blog about as its all about work and more work.
Preparing for CNY during the wkend makes me even more tired than work days. Endless washing, cleaning, ironing, tidying..Man, this once in a year job took me 4wkends and I am still able to find someting I had not done every time I walked ard the hse.
But we are excited this year, as this is the 1st year we are having the whole hse to us ever since we shifted in 5years ago and I went crazy in the buying the CNY goodies cuz finally I can place in the living room...whahaha and the both us grew fatter by eating them even before new year is here. hur hur so much for running..
On a happier note, tix and hotels for Taiwan trip is booked and confirmed. It will be a bday trip again and our 5th yr wedding anniversary. I am going to see my long waited calla lilies...had always wanted to see them but hubs wun visit during spring becuz of not so cool weather..bleahh...
Okie, back to my spring cleaning plans..Ironing the new clothes up next!
