Lucky..

I couldnt upload the original version to my blog player so had to make do with the Korean English version that I managed to find.

How apt the lyrics are here:

"I'm lucky that I am in love with my best friend" - Yeah and I married him

"Lucky to have been where I have been"- Many a times, I count my blessing to be born here in Singapore, in this modern age that makes things easier for a female.

"Lucky to be coming home again" The other day, news was showing a girl who was born on the day Haiyan hits her home and her parents struggle to keep her alive by manually pumping air into her. She survived for 3 days only and pass on when help didnt come earlier. This news hits me hard. The child was already brought to the world but because of a natural disaster and prolonged delayed of help, the child passed on. Had the child came to a different part of the world, she might have lived and led a normal life. This is why I always have to remind myself despite so many complaints I have against our government, deep down I know I have to be grateful to be able to call Singapore home and can come back to home everyday.

"Lucky we will love in every way" Much had happen recently and I am glad we are still in love in every way though tired, stressed about everyday life.

I guess I must be too emotional after going for my follow up checkup today....
