Abalone Sauce Pan fry chicken

Afraid that the udon noodles are too little, I decided to make some grilled chicken. I brought a bottle of abalone sauce as I do not know what sort of seasoning to use. This kind is the most easy of lazy plp like me...
I find this most easy to cook..heheh and we both like the marinate..

Ingredients:

1). Chicken ( I brought breast meat)
2). Abalone sauce

Preparation:

Wash the chicken clean, for easy cooking, I chop into smaller pieces. Then put the chicken onto a plate or into a container, pour in the abalone sauce. Not the whole bottle la, but as u deem fit.I pour like 3 table spoons for 2 breast meat and added a table spoon of like soy sauce.

Mix well, make sure all the chicken are covered with the sauce

Wanted to add in pepper but forgo it as my udon are in black pepper sauce oredi.

I then put it into the fridge for it to absorb the sauce. Minimum should be 2 hrs, best is overnight.

Ready to cook
Cooking methods:

Basically, there is nothing difficult when it comes to preparing this dish. I juz heat oil in the pan and throw in the chickens to pan fry till the chicken turns golden  brown and then serve..

In order to make sure the chicken is well cook, I made them into smaller pieces. hehehe..

The final taste is realli not bad due to the sauce..heheh no need other ingredients..And it is pretty fragrant..

Next time, maybe I will experiment with different marinating ways, but I think the way of cooking should be the same..
